Ask Pragzy

Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

Ask Pragzy ("we", "us") is run by Mehar Arora in India. This page explains what we collect when you use askpragzy.co.in and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you enter: your idea description, interview questions and customer answers.
  • Shareable forms: if you create a form, we store its title, questions and the answers people submit. People answering a form are not asked for a name or email, and we store only a hashed version of their IP address to prevent spam. Answers go to the person who made the form.
  • Your email, only if you join our email list.
  • A hashed version of your IP address, used only to apply the daily free-review limit and prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
  • Usage data such as pages visited and clicks, collected with Microsoft Clarity.
  • Payment status. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We store only the payment and order reference needed to unlock your review.

How we use it

  • To generate your review. Your text is sent to Google's Gemini API to produce it.
  • To enforce free limits, unlock paid reviews, and keep the service secure.
  • To understand how people use the site, so we can improve it.
  • To email you product updates, if you joined the list. You can ask to be removed at any time.

How long we keep it

Reviews and what you entered are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created. Forms and their responses are deleted automatically 30 days after the form is created. Email list entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is processed by the services we rely on: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (AI model), Razorpay (payments) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Please do not enter personal details about your customers, such as their names, phone numbers or emails, in your questions or answers, and do not ask people for sensitive personal details in a form.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data, or ask what we hold, by emailing lpslover3002@gmail.com.
