Refund Policy

Ask Pragzy sells digital access to a generated review. Because the review is produced immediately, payments are generally not refundable once you have seen the unlocked results.

When we will refund you

• You were charged but the review did not unlock or did not load.
• You were charged more than once for the same review.
• The review was clearly broken or empty.

How to ask

Email lpslover3002@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with the email or phone number on your payment, the date, and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days.
